		<description>Joe&#039;s suggestions may have some benefit.  I found that the shoulder technique seemed to help some but I suspect that a) it helps to have a &#039;tall&#039; camera with a motor drive or battery grip (or shorter neck?), and b) a little extra meat on your bones might help a bit too.  It seemed to help maybe just slightly more than pressing elbows to my sides/ribs--elbows up was noticeably worse.  Leaning my shoulder against something (like a tree or wall) while shooting also had a similar benefit.</description>
